What is a Formahane?
Towards the final appearance of the socks whose end parts (toes) are sewn in the production sequence, there is the final stage of ironing (jersey) and packaging, at this stage, the socks produced at this stage are ironed in the form of band method and put into the packaging section.
In some sock production stages, if the socks will not be subjected to washing or dyeing, the socks are taken to the sock form department after the toe stitching process, and the socks produced by ironing and packaging in the department are prepared for loading and transferred to the warehouse shipment department.
Washing
In the washing department of Alkatek Socks, 2 Levatek Washing Machines, 2 high volume water washing, drying and squeezing machines are used and during the washing process, all products are made available for use after producing a dermatologically healthy sock with antibacterial properties.
As Alkatek Socks, pre-washing can be applied to the socks we produce according to the wishes of the customers. In Lavatec machines, washing with antibacterial (Sanitized, Aegis, Purista), Aloe Vera, silicone and various essences can be applied.
