At Alkatek Socks, the toe seams of socks produced according to customer demands can be made in two different ways: Comfort (Rosso) stitching or single-line stitching. Alkatek Socks performs toe stitching using Conti-Complet machines and single-line stitching machines.

Single-Line Stitching
In addition, we provide comfort stitching and can create a seam that gives a single-line feel in all our socks.
One of the most important stages of the sock manufacturing process is toe stitching. The toe circles of socks removed from the knitting machines are cut by these machines, and the toe section is stitched and closed.
In the toe closing department, we use Conti branded special motorized toe stitching machines, which consume 45% less energy compared to similar machines.
